They came in with ideas they couldn’t organise, stories they were afraid to tell, and voices they hadn’t yet learned to trust. Two days later, something had shifted.
Last weekend, KeyNote Women wrapped up the 11th batch of the Elevate Speaking Bootcamp – two full days with a group of thoughtful, committed women who showed up with curiosity, courage, and stories that had been sitting quietly for far too long.
What stood out most wasn’t just stronger presentations. It was the shift.
Women who arrived saying “I have so many ideas but I don’t know how to structure them” or “I want to share my story but I’m scared” left with clarity around what truly matters, structure that helped their ideas land, and the courage to speak with conviction.
Facilitating the two days was Dr Sarah Whyte, Speaker and Leadership Coach, and creator of the Conscious Leadership Advantage. For Dr Sarah, the transformation she witnessed was familiar, but no less extraordinary.
“There’s something special about the Elevate programme,” she reflected. “The transformation from start to finish is truly extraordinary and it’s genuinely a privilege to be part of the process.”
The participants felt it too.
“I came in wanting to share my story, but I didn’t know how. I was nervous, overwhelmed, and my ideas felt all over the place. Through the programme, I found structure and, more importantly, the courage to speak about what truly matters to me.”
“I walked away feeling proud of myself. Speaking in front of others is something I can do now, and that confidence is something I didn’t have before.”
“We were given practical tools to speak with confidence and conviction, and it reminded me that there are so many important messages that deserve to be heard.”
“I’d highly recommend this to anyone who has a lot to say but isn’t quite sure how to bring it all together.”
This is what Elevate is really about. Not perfecting a presentation, but finding the voice that was always there and finally giving it somewhere to go.
If you know your message deserves to land harder than it currently does, Elevate was built for you.
