KeyNote Women Speakers
Last updated: April 2026
KeyNote Women Speakers is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to amplifying diverse female voices on speaking stages worldwide. We operate as a global directory connecting accomplished women speakers with event organisers. KeyNote Women Speakers is registered in Singapore as KeyNote Women Pte Ltd.
By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We provide:
KeyNote Women Speakers maintains a curated directory of accomplished women speakers. Upon receiving inquiries from event organisers, we facilitate introductions by proposing suitable speakers based on topic expertise, budget, location, and other relevant criteria.
KeyNote Women Speakers is not a speaker bureau. We do not actively source speaking engagements on behalf of speakers.
Where KeyNote facilitates an introduction that results in a confirmed booking, a commission of 20% of the gross speaking fee applies. Payment may be managed directly by KeyNote on behalf of the speaker or remitted by the speaker to KeyNote following receipt of payment from the event organizer. Full details are set out in the Speaker Agreement, which all listed speakers are required to sign prior to their profile being published.
Speakers are responsible for ensuring their profile information remains accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Any changes to a speaker’s profile are subject to KeyNote’s review and approval before going live on the directory.
KeyNote Women Speakers reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, suspend, or modify any profile that it determines to be inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our directory standards.
For the avoidance of doubt, any inquiry received through KeyNote website or platform while a speaker’s profile is live in the directory shall be subject to the commission provisions set out in the Speaker Agreement.
KeyNote Women Speakers is a directory and facilitation service, not a speaker bureau. Depending on the preference of the event organiser, KeyNote may manage payment on behalf of the speaker. In such cases, KeyNote will issue an invoice to the event organiser, deduct the applicable 20% commission upon receipt of payment, and remit the remaining balance to the speaker within 30 days. Where payment is made directly between the event organiser and the speaker, the speaker is responsible for remitting the applicable commission to KeyNote in accordance with the Speaker Agreement.
