Ariane Hingst

Ariane Hingst is one of Germany’s most successful footballers, with 174 international caps to her name. Born in Berlin she is a two-time World Cup winner, four-time European Champion, and three-time Olympic bronze
medalist. Her playing career took her from Germany to Sweden and Australia, where she gained a global
perspective on teamwork, leadership, and performance.

After retiring from professional football, Ariane worked as an assistant coach and is now actively involved with FC Viktoria Berlin’s women’s team. Today, she is a TV pundit and keynote speaker, sharing how lessons from elite sport, resilience, adaptability, and collaboration can drive success in business and leadership
