Some participants arrived with many thoughts and no clear structure. Others came wanting to stretch, refine, or evolve their voice. What unfolded over two days was something none of them had quite planned for.
KeyNote Women Speakers’ Inspire programme is a two-day intensive for speakers ready to move beyond the basics. Where Elevate builds the foundation, Inspire goes deeper into advanced stagecraft, presence, movement, vocal power, and the kind of storytelling that doesn’t just inform an audience but moves them.
The January 2026 cohort gathered in Singapore on 24 and 25 January, guided by world-class speaker coaches Simone de Haas and KeyNote Women Speakers’ Founder Mette Johansson.
The topics were as diverse as the women in the room. Stories that hadn’t been fully formed yet. Messages waiting to find their shape. And over two days, ideas sharpened, confidence grew – not all at once, but steadily.
One participant travelled from Sri Lanka specifically for the programme. Another had years of speaking experience and still walked away with a shift that changed how she delivers. The room held women at different stages of their journey, and that diversity became one of its greatest strengths.

For Simone, moments like these are exactly why the work matters. “I love when a room slowly comes together,” she reflected after the programme. “Those moments when you can see a spark of an idea turn into something meaningful. Or a story emerge that wasn’t originally planned but is perfect.”
