Engineer by nurture, feminist by nature; Her first award-winning keynote, aged 20, was titled “Am I Being Too Ambitious?”, referring to comments she received for studying engineering. Her decades of keynote and panel moderation experience range from Cloud Asia and TechXLR8 to teaching Cloud and AI at the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation’s ITHub.   She was born in Sri Lanka, grew up in Australia, and now resides in Singapore. Shehara’s relentless passion for innovation enabled the design of game-changing digital experiences. She has taken leadership roles at SingTel, Telstra, and Cisco, in Cloud Computing, Security, and Software. Corinna Lim

Corinna Lim is the Executive Director of the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE), Singapore's leading gender equality group. She has championed the rights of women for close to 30 years and has advocated on issues such as gender-equal workplaces, gender violence, and greater support for single parents, lower-income women, and caregivers of the elderly. Corinna is also the Director of Catalyse Consulting, the consultancy unit of AWARE which provides advice and training to companies and other organisations in Diversity and Inclusion and Workplace Harassment.     Her experience includes 10 years in practice and partnership in Allen & Gledhill, Khattar Wong & Partners, and Koh Ong & Partners. For five years, she was also the CEO of Bizibody Technology, a dot com start-up that transformed into an IT company providing IT solutions for the legal industry. In Feb 2021, the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) announced the appointment of Corinna as its 8th SR Nathan Fellow for the Study of Singapore. As an SR Nathan Fellow, Corinna will pursue research related to public policy and governance in Singapore.

Mrinalini Venkatachalam is the Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Oceania at WEConnect International, a global nonprofit network that works with multinational corporations and multilateral organizations to generate market-access opportunities for women’s business enterprises in over 125 countries through supplier diversity.     The organization identifies, educates, registers, and certifies women’s business enterprises based outside the U.S. that are at least 51% owned, as well as managed and controlled, by one or more women, and then connects them to qualified buyers across the globe. WEConnect International’s network of corporate members, primarily Fortune 500 companies, represent over $1 Trillion in annual purchasing power. Over the last twelve years, Mrinalini has engaged with large corporations, government agencies, SMEs, and community organizations to provide them with a platform to create measurable social impact.     She speaks regularly at community events, corporate events, and conferences about the role that gender equality plays in achieving a more sustainable world for everyone. Dr. Tara Huber is a coach, speaker, STEM professional & mentor, and the founder of Huber Coaching. She is a Harvard-trained Ph.D. who has over 20 years' experience in stem cell biology research and research administration. Nimisha Tailor

Nimisha is a competition and regulation specialist with 20 years of international experience. Having worked in consultancy firms and competition regulators in the UK, New Zealand, and Singapore, she has a deep understanding of how regulators operate and how markets function. She has led high-profile merger investigations, drafted merger regulation guidelines, assessed complaints of anti-competitive behavior, and advised government agencies on competition matters. As a former Deputy Director at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, Nimisha supervised in-depth market studies on e-commerce and various consumer products. As an expert, she was seconded to the Singapore Tourism Board to lead a regulatory review. With an evidence-based approach, Nimisha has advised companies on the competition effects of their business strategies.     She has written articles on competition matters in industry publications and has presented her ongoing research on Competition in the Data Economy. Using case studies and practical examples, Nimisha has conducted competition training workshops, presented to industry associations, business schools, universities, workshops for ASEAN government agencies, as well as at the International Competition Network Conference. Neha Mehta

Neha Mehta is the Founder of FemTech Partners and world top Fintech 50 International Panel, 2019. A consulting company based out of Singapore; helping fintech startups get a foothold in Asia and to promote Women in Fintech; Neha is a recipient of the Nav Shakti Award at 11th National Women Excellence Award 2018, conferred by the Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (IECSME); for her contribution for the empowerment of women. Neha is also the Founder of the ASEAN Women in Payments Network (AWPN). In her previous role, Neha worked to deploy BlockChain technology for financial inclusion in areas such as payments, remittance, and micro-loans/insurance to help the world’s  2  billion unbanked people. Neha is Global People’s Fellow 2018, an initiative by the United Nations towards the fulfillment of SDGs. Neha represents Singapore and is working towards Financial Inclusion; she will be attending the UN General Assembly in September. Her understanding, knowledge, and experience around sustainability have led her to share her learning with corporates, as a consultant.   She has been the Sustainability Consultant for the Singapore Business Council in UAE since August 2020, after, spending almost a year consulting advising a leading 5-star hospitality brand on their mandatory sustainability compliance for seven properties.
