Susanna Hasenoehrl

Susanna Hasenoehrl works as Director Asia at Yara International, the crop nutrition company for the future. She is responsible for growth & commercialisation of the company’s digital farming solutions aimed at the 350 million smallholders in Asia, and the Sustainability Lead. Her previous career spans global leadership roles at Siemens, Nokia, and leading start-ups, including the world’s 1st free mobile operator Blyk, the world’s largest migraine patient community, and the healthy nutrition recommendation engine Joice.    Susanna delivers talks in English, German and Finnish, her mother tongue. Holding a Masters in International Business from the University of Innsbruck, Austria, and SKEMA France, she is also a certified leadership coach and an Associate Member of the Asian Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS).

Monica Hornung Cattan

Monica is the Global Director of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, delivering global education and digital transformation events and publications. Originating from Chile, she graduated in International Relations and studied further at Bologna, SOAS, and INSEAD, undertaking her MBA at Politecnico di Milano. Her international career has focused on public-private partnerships and convening multiple stakeholders to tackle urgent societal issues. Her expertise and interests lie in regional policy ecosystems and partnership strategies in Asia and Europe.    Monica’s passion for women’s empowerment and digital innovation guides her. She facilitated Google’s #IamRemarkable initiative, while her sustainability focus includes championing impactful initiatives in organizations including the UN. Aurelie is currently APAC Risk Lead for Microsoft Asia. She has over 15 years of international experience in risk management and audit, mainly in banking and insurance. Her journey brought her through different risk areas (operational, credit, regulatory, market, and cyber risks) different countries in Europe and Asia, and different sectors (private banking, asset management, corporate banking, and general insurance). Aurelie is also a fervent supporter of women’s professional development and leadership.     She's the former President of PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association, whose vision is to help professional women to achieve their highest potential through training, networking, and events. She also leads the Women at Microsoft Singapore Chapter and is a strong fervent supporter of diversity and inclusion at all levels. Nimisha Tailor

Nimisha is a competition and regulation specialist with 20 years of international experience. Having worked in consultancy firms and competition regulators in the UK, New Zealand, and Singapore, she has a deep understanding of how regulators operate and how markets function. She has led high-profile merger investigations, drafted merger regulation guidelines, assessed complaints of anti-competitive behavior, and advised government agencies on competition matters. As a former Deputy Director at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, Nimisha supervised in-depth market studies on e-commerce and various consumer products. As an expert, she was seconded to the Singapore Tourism Board to lead a regulatory review. With an evidence-based approach, Nimisha has advised companies on the competition effects of their business strategies.     She has written articles on competition matters in industry publications and has presented her ongoing research on Competition in the Data Economy. Using case studies and practical examples, Nimisha has conducted competition training workshops, presented to industry associations, business schools, universities, workshops for ASEAN government agencies, as well as at the International Competition Network Conference. Having spoken at both academic and Tech Industry conferences, her expertise connects public-private sector perspectives and is invaluable to businesses, governments, and academia looking to understand the growing competition issues in the digital economy. Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and in her spare time she volunteers as a mentor to university students planning their careers. She also supervises a team of students leading consulting projects for non-profit organizations. Nimisha is a former member of the UK Government Economic Service and has a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

"Arun Tamhankar is the CEO of Coreview.Asia which focuses on engineering innovative technology solutions to enable business outcomes. Charlotte, has over 20 years' experience in brand consulting, including 15 based in Asia. Adele Hung is a global commercial director at GSK, one of the largest biopharmaceutical companies. She is an international keynote speaker based in Singapore. Her professional journey includes founding a social enterprise in Hong Kong, founding a healthcare consultancy in China's Greater Bay Area, and working in investment banking. Adele has forged a successful career holding key leadership positions across marketing, digital and strategy functions.   Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Adele believes in cultural authenticity. Ivy is currently Head of Marketing, APAC for Hilton’s Enterprise Brand and Loyalty Program, Hilton Honors. Previously, Ivy’s experience includes a variety of insights and analytics roles with Discovery, Microsoft, and Prudential, covering the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.   During her time with WE Communications and Nielsen, she worked with clients including Tencent, Lenovo, J&J, VISA, Citi, and American Express. Ivy grew up in Manila and New York City. Her career began in the US before she moved to Singapore in 2016. She speaks four languages and is working on her fifth. Dipa Swaminathan

Dipa Swaminathan is an experienced Harvard-educated lawyer but is best known as the founder of an initiative to help migrant workers in Singapore, ItsRainingRaincoats.     She took up the cause of migrant workers when it was not a glamourous issue. The story of her encountering two labourers caught in a thunderstorm on her street, taking them home, and saving one of them from a suicide attempt went viral in 2015 and eventually led to the birth of ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR).     IRR has gone from two volunteers in 2015 to more than 1500 volunteers today, and more importantly, has galvanised the country towards this cause. To quote the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, “What was a one-woman initiative has now become a nationwide movement.”      Dipa is a two-time recipient of the President’s Volunteerism and Philanthropy Award (2017 and 2020), has been included in Tatler Asia’s 100 Most Influential in the Impact Space for 2020, and has many other accolades to her name.
