Pallavi's KeyNote

Bold [your] way to success

It takes courage to change the status quo and disrupt oneself with innovation as an outcome. "If we want to change the world, we should not wait for the perfect time for someone else to do it. We are the chosen ones, the power is within us, and the time is now. Do not procrastinate!"

In her keynote, Pallavi shares the positive impact of being bold on the evolving technology landscape, team collaboration, and leadership. From taking risks as one of few girls in her engineering college to being the first few women in technology and business leader, Pallavi experienced the power of being bold even when the odds were stacked against her. The same bold principle resonates in her team's 5G network architecture design, the AI/ML applications to augment customer experience and predictive innovations.

Being bold in leadership also translates to being vulnerable with the teams, bringing the authentic self; after all, a leader leads by actions as much as through words.
