Innovative new approach to strategic thinking I found her talk truly refreshing as there are a lot of business/creative thinking talks and content out there that aren't all that useful. Her tips and recommendations are especially executable. What I learnt is that the importance of mentorship and shared openness to feedback is key, which I look forward to implementing more of in my organization. Exceptional and Eloquent speaker!
Deep insights rather than superficial techniques I found her talk truly different and very insightful. Most of the innovation management methodologies that I hear about giving techniques and high-level practices to apply in the hope of getting quick results (which may work in the short term but won't necessarily last). Her 6 steps approach presented is very different. It focuses on the core principles and the deep insights that leaders should know and adopt to build long-term sustainable innovative organizations.
