5 Habits to Relieve Stress Today
During this talk, I created an understanding of the importance of learning accountability and communicating with others, creating an understanding of stress, and personal awareness of your reactions to stress. Guests will learn five habits they can start today to help relieve stress: Communication, Mindfulness, Acceptance, Environment, and Self-Love.
