Kaumudi Goda (KG) is the Co-Chair for KeyNote, a non-profit organization focused on bringing diversity to stages across the world and Chief Operating Officer for MetaMind Training, a learning and development consulting company based in Singapore. KG is an experienced professional who has helped transform organizations in Asia, Europe and North America as a human capital strategist, culture builder and change leader.

She has an MBA from ISB and prior to her career in human capital, practiced as an attorney for seven years in the U.S. with an LLM from the University of Virginia. KG is currently licensed to practice law in India and U.S and enjoys bringing her legal expertise to her work in human capital strategy & development.

She is an award-winning public speaker and writer who enjoys conducting workshops, mentoring, and coaching.
